Prosecution Seeks Jail Against Three Dile Suspects With State Reserves

The hearing has ended against three suspects for misuse of state reserves in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade.

The state prosecutor has requested the appointment of the detention measure for suspects Ridvan Muharremi, Irfan Lipovica and Hafiz Gara.

The detention measure's appointment has rejected the protection of three suspects, where they have proposed the release or eventual appointment of any other measure.

While the decision is expected to be taken by the preliminary procedure judge, Susan Cerkini. Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has announced that from yesterday's action at the Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade (MINT) in handcuffs have completed 3 suspected persons, Kaloxo.com reports.

They have been arrested under suspicion of actions “Using official task”, as well as “Help in carrying out the criminal offence of the official task.

Under the order of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), Kosovo Police Special Investigation Unit has implemented raids today at various locations in Pristina, where three (3) people with the initials of R.M. have been arrested. H.G. and I. L”- says the prosecution's announcement.

On the other hand, the prosecution has indicated that material evidence that will be used for further investigative procedures has been provided and seized during the raid.

The same, according to the announcement, under the State Prosecutor's order, will be sent to the hold for 48 hours, as well as within the legal time deadlines to be applied for the detention assignment.

Yesterday, police had action in MINT and on properties of Ridvan Muharrem, who was later arrested. These raids come after a publication of a national media audionization for state reserves.
