Doubts Continue
Two days ago in my post, I presented the tender paper for all textbooks for 1-5 and German-language classes for 6th and 8. For this tender, August had a budget of over $4.3 million.
In my post, I assumed that in case the texts cost an average of $75 per student, then only 1-5 will at least be spent 9 million.
To this post, I heard a Councilman of Minister Nagavci reacted by countering him and considered the average $75 per student very high. But yesterday his boss raised that amount to $80, which means that the budget of 9 million is exceeded.
What does this “Council> mean now”, which is talked about many interventions and abuses at the ministry of high education institutions and that “legally” is said to be familiar UDBashi and that there are some criminal charges.
Parliamentary commissions and the State Prosecutors must carefully follow this issue because we have increased expenses per .h. textbooks for more than twice from the hello budget.
