Presidency: The Constitution has informed us that the decree of the Law on the Minimal Page can be made after the final decision

The Constitutional Court has announced the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, that the Law No. 08/L-142 on changing and completing laws that define the amount of miminal-level services and tax rates on personal income will be decreed only after the final decision.

After accepting the request to assess the constitutionality of this law, the Constitutional Court has announced President Osmani's dispute with the law. Through this announcement, based on Constitutional Court and Law, the court has announced to the president that this law can be decreed and enacted, only after the Constitutional Court has issued its final decision on the controversial law, according to the standard practices followed in such cases and that are in accordance with the Constitution and Law for the JCK”, Kupina said.

We remember that today, the Constitutional Court has decided to reject the PDK's request to suspend all decisions made at the Assembly session held on 13 July.
