The court, in case of the detention measure against the defendants, has estimated that there are legal reasons for the appointment of the detention measure, and from the evidence collected until this stage, comes a given suspicion:
The defendant A.K., dated August 11, 2023, about 2: 00 p.m., in Prizren, deliberately attacks the official person in connection with his official duties, the injured V.C., (gazetar), in the manner that at the moment the V.K., (gazetar), during the completion of his duty, he takes on the defendant's interview, the last A.K., holding hands against him, then injured the V.K.S., continued to interview other protesters where he faces resistance, persons, and other physically assaults the journalist with the same concerns.
Will these facts be argued, however, in the further stages of criminal procedure.
In the case of detention, the Court has taken into account the fact that investigations into this criminal case have just begun will be questioned two (2) the injured, other witnesses and other evental suspects, as a result of this appointment of detention for the defendant is necessary, and reasonable not to prevent the procedure course of the investigation.
From tops, the Court has come to the conclusion that the appointment of detention at this stage is necessary and reasonable, with the aim of preventing the repetition of criminal work.
Note: Against that decision, the dissatisfied side has the right to complaint, at the Court of Appeals, complaints against this act did not delay his execution.
