According to them, the set margin of profit is low, for which it cannot cover all their expenses. But the entry into force of this law has welcomed citizens, although there have been complaints about high prices of drugs
The introduction of the Law for Medical Products Awards risks closing some pharmaceutical depots in Kosovo, and the absence of some of the medical products, from which profits are not large.
That is after the profit margin, which is scheduled for this law, is estimated to be able to cover all the expenses of licensed pharmaceutical polluters, RTKlive reports.
According to the head of the Association of pharmaceutical distributors, Milaim Abdullahu's profit margin is lower than other states, which, according to him, jeopardises the functioning of some subjects. Despite the law's adoption, citizens continue to complain about high drug prices.
However, expectations are for various prices for similar medical products to be avoided through this law. While fines for those acting contrary to this law amount to up to 10,000 euros.
