The request is said to require that Vuciq be heard in connection with statements of the massacre at the locale “Panda”, reports Serbian Danas, forwards Isader.

As it said, Vuciq, on December 26, 2013, in Tv Pink, declared that the “crime in ʹPandaʹ was not done by Albanians, as we have believed so far. The public will be terrified when the truth is discovered”.

Two years later, at a media conference in Serbia's Government on December 11, 2015, Vucic said he was almost sure what happened at the “Panda” cafe.

“Vucciq said at the press conference that “specific information” speaks of, as he said, possible perpetrators of crime and that “disagree with what has been communicated”. “I'm not the prosecutor and I can't talk about this”, Vuciq said, adding that he knows “what could have happened”.

Parents also quoted Vuciqi's statement from a November 2018:

We have information and our officers are asking for more information. We're doing everything and they're sure we won't hide the truth. “If they are Albanians or Serbs”, he declared the world.

The investigation into the massacre at the “Panda” cafe in Pec began in November 2015 at the Belgrade Organised Crime Prosecutor's Office.
