Klan Kosova has handed over indictments of administrative conflict and proposal to postpone the execution of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade's decision to close this medium.
The indictment was held at the Commercial Court on Tuesday, while the decision is expected to be taken within three days on legal terms.
In a response to Periscope, the Commercial Court, however, has not indicated the name of the judge who must have decided to deal with the subject, but has confirmed that the verdict will be taken within the legal deadline, August 4th.
The honoured “, in reference to your request, announced to the Kosovo Commercial Court, respectively, the First Century Chambers on August 1st 2023, has been accepted for canceling controversial decisions and demands for delaying their executions. The same is divided to judges in the First Century Chambers, and the decision on this matter will be taken within three days' legal deadline of (3) as determined by the provision of Article 27 paragraph 1 of the Law for the Commercial Court”, says the Comercial Court's spokeswoman Albanora Bekteshi-Hotti.
On the Comercial Court website, 11 judges in the First Century Chamber, while one of them will be assigned to deal with the Kosovo Clan case. They are:

- Arben Toska?
- Arber Rexha;
- ArnisDani;
- Gent Nuli?
- Florent Zeqiri;
- Gent Becker;
- Hasan Kryeziu;
- Vera Gashi Bala;
- Verona Debra;
- Vlora Pacolli Rexhepi.
Periscopi has learned that Judge Vlora Pacolli Rexhepi is the sister of Vetevendosje Movement deputy Victory Pacolli.
Periscope has asked the Commercial Court whether it would make conflict of interest if Mrs. Pacolli Rexhepi was appointed as judge in the Kosovo Clan case, but that he has not received an answer, as we announced at the beginning of this text.
MINT's decision to lift Klan Kosovo's business certificate has been sharply criticised by civil society, ambassadors and international media freedom organisations.
The Association of Kosovo Journalists (AGK) has even called protest against MINT's decision, where hundreds of Kosovo journalists joined this protest in Pristina on Monday.
Meanwhile, court connoisseurs in the country have been alarmed that if the Commercial Court does not impose a measure of security, then media medium Klan Kosova must close.
