The owner of the facility at Ulpiana sues Pec: He's blackmailing.

Bogaj through a Facebook post has made it known that he has exercised criminal tinging against the minister.

He then claims that the property in Ulpiana is his and that's why he owns the property certificate.

Bogaj even wrote that the historical of the object, along with property rights that existed in that facility, are existable.
