Bogaj through a Facebook post has made it known that he has exercised criminal tinging against the minister.
After Faton Peci's slanders and the lack of basic manners for apologizing and continuation of material and moral damage to our integrity, which he's made by portraying us as usurpors, to Faton Peci we've been applying charges of libel”, Bogaj wrote.
He then claims that the property in Ulpiana is his and that's why he owns the property certificate.
For your correct information, we are a simple, ordinary Kosovo family. The object we own is the residential object purchased legally and legally by physical persons, through contracts linked to competent organs, not by the Institute of Agriculture. Property certificates are in our name, respectively, the number of possessive sheets is: O-71914059-07433-0-465-2-4-0 and O-71914059-07433-0-465-2-2-2-0” wrote Bogaj on Facebook.
Bogaj even wrote that the historical of the object, along with property rights that existed in that facility, are existable.
These two are very well known, and Faton Peci knows, since the same, has written to other institutions referring to the real owner with property certificates, exactly to us”, Bogaj wrote.
He has made it known that his family has indicted the Ministry of Agriculture in 2016 for defining the property border, and since then they have been waiting to discuss the case.
