Osman is received by Dragashi: Internationals pressure Belgrade, Vuciq behaves as Putin's servant

In her visit to the municipality of Dragas, Kosovo president has been asked about the possibility of early elections in four northern municipalities.

Osmani said that soon the legal basis for determining the deadlines and technical issues for local elections will be completed, but according to it, belongs to citizens in the north whether or not they will stand in the elections.

The president said the international community should ask Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, not to use his power to create violence in predominantly northern municipalities.

Then it belongs to the citizens in the north whether they want to exploit this right. I have already said it is essential that the international community demand from Vuciqi to interrupt the negative impact, the intimidation of citizens, the violence used by illegal structures against citizens in the north and allow them to use without violence their constitutional rights”, she said.

Osmani said Vuciq is behaving like a servant of Russia's president, Vladimir Putin, until he reiterated that internationals should pressure Serbia.

I am convinced that citizens want to exploit this right and that I have this conviction from the communications that we have every day so that there will be extraordinary elections and that they choose leaders with democratic elections. But, so far, I don't see any will from Vucic to interrupt the institutional aggression he has carried out in relation to neighbours, I don't expect him to interrupt the violence that through criminal structures exercises against citizens, so the pressure must be on Belgrade eventually to start dealing with European standards, rather than as Putin's servant and only Putin's”, she said.

Osmani also talked about Serb parallel structures in Kosovo, which he said has information in detail.

“I assure you not that I have known, but I have knowledge in detail where they are, specially one of them, in which village, who leads them, who receives triple double wages, what a destructive role through cash in black Serbia plays”, she said.
