We just need the green light of the Constitutional Court, so that we can comply with chapter 2, then there are deadlines and they'll be processed quickly, there are procedure rules and we can act faster. We can make a decision without making the Constitutional Court's decision”, he said.
Nimoni said the Justice Ministry, in terms of Vetting, has acted in line with the Venice Commission's recommendations.
“We have acted in line with Venice Commission recommendations, we consider that it is in line with Constitution chapter 2”, he said.
The requirement is that these constitutional amendments are in line with Constitution chapter 2. Conjufca has sent these amendments to the mind, even though we have more than five months since we've been sent to the Constitutional Court, we haven't announced”, he declared at RTV Dukaagjini.
He said the Ministry of Justice is working hard on justice system reforms.
“We are on the right track, given the dynamics of developments. It is reform in the KKP, Vettingu and several other reform initiatives. Vetthing, following the Venice Commission's acceptance of the opinion, we consider that we have tangible results. We have drafted constitutional amendments for vetoing the judges and prosecutors of high levels”, he said.
