Names of 10 officials against whom the Special Prosecutor filed charges of corruption

According to various sources of “Justice bet”, the indictment has been set up against officials Betim Recica, Valmira Blaca, Zymer Abdullahu, Jetmir Alaj, Emir Morina, Blerim Dina, Nuhi Pazi, Goran Milenkovic, Izedin Bytyqi and Muhamet Gashi.
According to the PSRK, the accused are charged that they deliberately acted in opposition to the Procurement Law, the Law on Budgetary Divisions of 2019, the Law on Public Finance Management and responsibilities, as well as other legal and legal acts.
“Special Procurory reports that defendants who were above the quality of official persons, in co-ordination using office and official authority, as well as, overcoming their legal competencies, deliberately acted in opposition to the Procuration Law, the Law on Budgetary Divisions of 2019, the Law for Management Public Finance and responsibilities, as well as other legal acts, and sub-legal”, said at SPRK's announcement.
