After the education director's meeting in Pristina, Besiana Musmati said the situation created for book purchase testifies to a mismanagement by the Ministry of Education for the teaching process.
Musmurat said that for municipalities that do not have libraries, neither does Education Minister Arberie Nagavci know what will happen.
We saw the meeting today and we actually, unfortunately confirmed that there's some bad management in the process that we've been taking too long. We still have a lot of questions that we haven't got answers to, municipalities that don't even have books yet to know what they're going to do, they don't know what the minister is going to know, September, but we have to wait for us with new trouble”, Musmati said.
