In a Facebook post, Mushkolaj has asked about Ridvan Muharrem's engagement by Minister Roseta Hajdari for contracting state reserves.

“Who is he, and why is that?Uh-huh.

“One of the fundamental questions: Why did Minister Roseta Hajdari hire Ridvan to contract state reserves? Who is he, and why is that?”.
