The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj today will hold the hearing of the plea against Dardan Krivasa and Arber Sejdiu, who are charged with violating and killing Marigona Osmani.
According to the announcement, the session will be held at 11:00 and will be open to the public.
Before court hearings begin, the Council for Thinking and Religious Action will hold a protest, for justice for Margona Osman and maximum punishment for her killers.
The protest will take place by 10:30, ahead of the Ferizaj Court facility.
The cruel violence that Krivaqa exercised with Sejdiu's help to Marigo until she was killed and her loss makes it impossible for us to forget. According to the indictment, on August 22, 2021, at the residence of defendant Dardan Krivaqa, on the “Ramadan “Rexepi”, in Ferizaj, deliberately and in co-ordination, in order to conceal the criminal act of violation of Krivaqa he and Sejdiu have deprived the late life of Marigona Osmani, with whom he was in an extra-marial community.
