Murder in “Bon Vivant”, release one of the suspects

Today, however, it has been reported that one of the detainees involved has been released.
The lawyer, Teuta Beka Bulnjak, has confirmed his Paparaci's release of Gezim Zach, following questioning by the Prosecutor.
“Yes today they have released her, after questioning at Prosecutor”, she briefly told Paparac on Tuesday.
The founding court in Pristina had assigned the detention measure during the 30-day period (each separately) to three suspects Andy Pajaziti, Hisni Gecaj and Gzim Zakuti, under suspicion of involvement in the August 4th case at “Ban Vivant”, where the death of 39-year-old Kastriot Ramadani broadcasts.
Pajaziti suspected of criminal acts “grave murder”, “Keeping property, in control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, “Use of weapon or dangerous tool” and “Cause of total risk”.
However, Gecaj is suspected of criminal activity “Taking action in beating”, “Keeping arms in ownership or unauthorized possession”.
The defendant Zakut, on the other hand, suspected of criminal activity “Taking revenge on”, conveys Paparaci.
While the other suspect in the case, Dukagjin Nikollaj, is on the run.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, on August 5th, had announced that all suspects in the case -- “Bon Vivant” -- have criminal past.
And, Interior Minister Xhelal Svechla had convicted the justice system of killing at “Bon Vivant”.
Regarding the August 4th case, Kosovo's Clinical Hospital Service and University University announced that 17 people had been injured, while one of them died as a result of injuries.
The case allegedly occurred as a result of a dispute between suspects.
