In the physical clash resulting from a murdered person and several injured at the “Ban Vivant” in Pristina on August 4th, Dukagjin Nikolaj is allegedly involved, but the same is on the run. He's also wanted by the FBI.

Known by nickname “Duka”, Dukagjin Nikolj is also wanted by the FBI for narcotics trafficking. Based on the FBI's research sheet, it becomes known that the 40-year-old was involved in marijuana trafficking in the 2003-2007 period.

What about him in the prosecution file?

According to the late prosecutor Kastriot Ramadani was sitting in the local with Dukagjij Nikolaj and a still unidentified person from the prosecution while at that point “Bon Vivant” Andy Pajaziti and Gzim Zakuti had entered.

“There is suspicion that by August 4th, 2023 around 23:17, at the “Ban Vivant” street “Recep Luci” in Pristina, following a physical clash between defendants Andy Pajaziti and Gezim Zakuti on one side with defendants Dukagjit Nikolay, Kastriot Ramadani and now the late Kastriot Ramadani and the unidentified person on the other side, with the intent to deprive each other of life in the local way, while the defendants were sitting down with the indictees, Kastriot, and now felt like the most prominent person who came to the war crimes station, and the Self-Piculizovici are now standing in front lines.

The prosecution claims that Andy Pajaziti, known as <x0thalian” and Dukagjin Nikollaj, had begun to fight physically. Later, the late Ramadan had hit Pajazit with a glass bottle, and the latter had already shot in the direction of the victim.

According to the prosecution, Dukagjin Nikollaj has pulled the firearm out of a purse and the same had fired in the direction of Andy Pajazit.

“at that point, to note that the defendants were entered by the local defendants Andy Pajazit and Gzim Zakuti, at that moment, the late Kastriot Ramadani pulled the firearm out of his belt and the defendant Dukagjin Nicolaj pulled the firearm out of a hand bag, so that for a moment the gun of fire begins to physically fight Andy Pajaziti with defendant Dukay Nikolaj, after Kastriot Ramadan with a glass bottle on his head several times Andy Pajazi, in that moment Andy pulls out the fire gun from his belt and in front of Ramadan's row, and the defendants with the gun-fire in PEqirat/Eqitstrajrat and the rest of the Tex/Epex-Chi'shus Phat.

The prosecution points out that in the “Bon Vivant” there has been a major threat to people's lives, Friday night.

The defendants, Andy Pajaziti, Dukagjin Nikolaj and Hisni Gecaj, have according to the prosecution held weapons contrary to the applicable law for weapons.

The prosecution points out that Andy Pajaziti and Dukagji Nikolj weapons have used them as a tool for committing criminal acts, while defendant Hisni Gecaj has kept an unauthorized possession of a knife by acting contrary to the applicable law on weapons.

With this alone each committed criminal work “ownership, in unauthorized control or possession of weapons”, the prosecution claims.

According to the prosecution, Dukagjin Nikollaj, who is on the run, is also suspected of committing criminal work “severe attempted murder”.

The Pristina Foundation Court has assigned Andy Pajazit a month of detention for “grave homicide” and Hissoni Gecaj and Gezim Zakuti for “beating”, in case of murder and injuries Friday night at the “Bon Vivat” locale.
