Such a move is set after the court has accepted the prosecutor's request that the five suspects, Mithat Ramadani, Besnik Mujejci, Kalem Picari, Ambra Miftar and Daniel Avdia, continue to be investigated in the cell.
This hearing has been conveyed by journalist from Albania Aida Topalli, who has said this prison measure is being pronounced in cases where investigations are under way.
She has said that outright imprisonment could last up to a month, and through new evidence the prosecution can provide, according to her, other decisions are made.
In addition to Mujeci, the journalist says at least three other names that are senior institutional officials in Kosovo who are allegedly involved in this narcotics distribution group.
It has stressed the lack of co-operation between Kosovo and Albania's rule bodies.
Otherwise, Mujeci was among the five arrested in Tirana under suspicion of drug trafficking, with Albanian police cases announcing that narcotics doses totaling 400 thousand euros have been found on a bus.
After that, the Vetevendosje Movement had excluded Mujejci from all its structures.
