VV deputy Armend Muja, in a long Facebook writing, has made a <x0analysis” the prosecutor's file against two MINT officials and Ridvan Muharrem, who has been pronounced 30 days in custody under suspicion of misuse of state reserves.

I. State reserves in context

1.1 MINT during the end of 2021 had two open tenders for wheat purchases. Both procedures failed in the absence of bids. No company had been submitted because the price quosted by MINT was low and there was a shortage of wheat because one of the main producers (Ukraina) was at war.
