A month's detention for the suspect who threw Argentina into Fushe Kosovo

The preliminary procedure judge has approved as based the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants E. N and the same have assigned the detention measure to a length of 1 (a) month.

The preliminary procedure judge has analysed all the reasons for the detention assignment against defendants E. N and has estimated that the criteria from Article 184 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.1 and 1.2, dot 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code have been met, as a special condition for the detention assignment, because there are circumstances that indicate the risk of fleeing indictees, since the same is Switzerland's citizen, and if the defendant is found in the same freedom the same could escape with the intention of hiding and fleeing from criminal responsibility, and would be impossible for the prosecution organs, in this way of the criminal procedure, so the detention of this phase is the only measure of criminal prosecution in this case.

There is no doubt that defendant E. N by 01.08.2023 around 01:59 minutes on “road Mother Teresa” in Fushë Kosovo, following a preliminary dispute with the now felt M.K.U., the same life-responsive, throwing it out of the hotel room window from the sixth floor, with the deceased seizures having suffered bodily injuries, which, despite medical treatment, had changed lives at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo (QKUK).
