Ministry of Justice: Private publishers are instructed to unlock accounts blocked for parents who accept money for books

The Justice Minister has published the roadmap for the Kosovo Private Subreservation Oda, which is directed by private reinforcers of “unlocks the blocked accounts of the principal debillors of the students' benefit from the MASTI-launched platform for subsidisation of school texts”.

Furthermore, the MD's has said there are two guides that are not intended to promote the legal and professional independence of private masters.

“The offices of private executives who, in accordance with the situation, are directed to consider the possibility of issuing payments from the blocked accounts of parents' debictors to students benefiting from the MASTI-launched platform for subvention of textbooks (through temporary unlocking of blocked accounts of debtors in cases when the one receives subsidy financial means intended for the purchase of textbooks and other textbooks with the aim of attracting these tools to the end of this instance)
