Macron in his annual speech to the ambassadors, has said he thinks the Brussels agreement known as the “franco-German” proposal is the right way to find a solution.
He has also called for the parties to re-negotiate for the organisation of new elections in four municipalities in northern Kosovo, Serbs to return to Kosovo institutions.
He has also cited the formation of the Serb majority municipalities' Association.
“Finance and Germany have made pledges regarding visa policies and other economic issues if the parties fail to act responsibly. We should be alert in this regard, especially when it comes to stability in the Western Balkans”, Macron said.
