Lulzim Hetem on the verge of “100 days alone”: What's Leposavich's stuck chairman doing?

It's been three months and a day since Leposoaviqi Mayor Lulzim Hetemi has been locked inside the facility of this municipality.

Hetem entered the facility from 0600 in the morning of May 29, to stop publishing this article (August 30, 2023).
