Deputy Environment Minister Avni Zogiani has indicated that MMPHI has sent two cases of suspicion of serious violation of the law to Special Prosecutor.
Zogiani has said that the first case concerns opening the procedure for thermal treatment of waste, while the second case has to do with suspicion of misuse in waterfield works.
The first “Case concerns opening the procedure for thermal treatment of waste, for which MPHI expert groups have found serious violations and suspicions of data manipulation and documents. The second case also has to do with doubts about serious abuses in waterwork, which, according to the report made by the expert group, have been done without criteria, with serious violations of the law up to the amount of suspicion that jobs have been paid without ever being put into practice! ”, Zogiani wrote.
