According to the indictment filed by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, which has provided “The Justice Bet”, Ridan Muharremi is charged with using the power units on November 19th 2020 in its furnace, with the aim of embezzlement of non-combatable foreign items in order to bring about illegal property benefits from the electricity in this case.
According to the accusation against this Muharremi has committed the criminal work <x0-year-old service”, from Article 314 paragraph 6 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code, the work punishable up to 3 years in prison.
Muharrem lawyer Mahmut Halimi has said he does not represent Muharrem on this subject but only in the case of state reserves

Ridvan Muharremi is currently in custody as he is suspected by the Special Prosecutor that he has de-lawed the purchase of state reserves from Turkey and Poland.
