For coincidence, or maybe not, tomorrow is exactly a year since we've inaugurated the “Open Balcon” here in the prime minister. However, we're marking the anniversary tonight because we were just together here, a year ago, since this space of the government object, which was never used, has become such a pleasant place for waiting for meetings. And another year after, our Ballcon is still open tonight, for our beloved exile, for your fellow countrymen. We announced it together. We're also marking our first anniversary together. We'll meet together in a long time. Welcome home, 18x3>, Kurt told the exiles.
The prime minister has been praised before exiles for development and economic growth, as well as democratic progress.
Kosovo has made visible progress over the past two years. Since the declaration of independence, progress has been highlighted both for people and society and for the state and for institutions. Meanwhile, in our two years of governance, there is no international credit report that has not enumerated our democratic and economic progress. Once again, when we say our progress, we do not think of ourselves, but we think of the people and society, the state, and its institutions again. We have made significant steps in economic development, attracting foreign investment and creating jobs. The average economic growth in these two years has been 7,35% gross local product. Tax revenues have increased by 2/3, without changing fiscal policy, and foreign direct exports and investments have doubled.
