Kurt with ministers “in panic” from corrupt relatives, mobilize by brutally attacking Special Prosecutor

The recent arrests in MINT, where two officials of this ministry ended in handcuffs and a businessman for allegations concerning the corrupt relationship with state reserves has mobilised the ministers of Albin Kurti's government to ask the Special Prosecutor.

The power that seems to be in panic, only last week through some video reports, which is also the latest media communications trend, has brought charges against the prosecution, charging that it is in the service of former officials.

Minister Roseta Hajdari on 21 August has realised a video as she speaks of former Prime Minister Vesel Krasniqi, who is accused of creating monopolies in the area of fuel quality control in Kosovo.

She says that even against “arguments” offered, the State Prosecutor has undertaken nothing.

It's been more than two years since we've prevented a multimillion-dollar misuse and we've handed over criminal speculation.

It has been as long as no one has been called into responsibility by justice institutions”, Minister Hajdari wrote.

Agriculture Minister Faton Peci. Peci had chosen the village of Stankaj in Pec, from which he would file charges against the Special Prosecutor.

A day after the sensational arrests at MINT, Finance Minister Iron Murati, who has also been issued by prominent and surname prosecutors besides the Prosecutors.

He has mentioned the name of prosecutor Miliot Kransiqi, whom he has said in a case that had denounced Minister Roseta Hajdari for former minister Vesel Krasniqi, the prosecutor had taken nothing.

A video address on 21 August has been carried out by Deputy Minister Hysen Durmish. He has accused the prosecutor of failing to operate for more than two years in a substance dealing with bridge maintenance.

After the arrests at MINT, Albin Kurti was scandalously pointing his finger at the Special Prosecutor. Instead of encouraging independent investigations, Prime Minister Kurti has brutally attacked Procurine, judiciary, even media.

Denying any possible abuse at the Ministry of Roseta Hajdari, Kurti has attacked the justice system, thus:

The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council on 19 August has reacted to statements by the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, and his ministers.

The KKP has called on Kurti and members of the government cabinet to refrain from continuing statements, which they consider blackmailing and derogatory to the prosecutorial system.

Justice Affairs Knower Ehat Miftaraj has said Kurti's approach to ministers is “incredible and unacceptable”.

The rule of law in Kosovo is not strengthened through video publications by government ministers. No reform is carried out in justice by violating and damaging the independence of the judicial and prosecutorial system with political attacks. It does not turn public confidence in law enforcement by organising the government campaign against the incredible and unacceptable justice system! Constitutional principles, power sharing should not be used for a handful of votes”, Miphataraj wrote in a Facebook response Thursday.

Earlier, Mifaraj had stated in another Facebook response that when government officials or politicians publicly lyncate prosecutors, policemen or judges appointed “The opportunities that that minister or politician is being investigated for corruption are huge”, Mifataraj had declassified.

Reactions have also been made by analysts, opposition parties and civil society, who have widely condemned the language of power towards the justice system.

On 18 August, two officials of MINT Hafiz Gara and Irfan Libovica were arrested, as well as businessman Ridvan Muharremi, who is believed to be close to Prime Minister Kurti.
