University professor Milazim Krasniqi estimates that the Ministry of Education has made life difficult for parents and students, following the situation created with book equipment.

According to Krasniqi, part of parents can spend money on something else.

While the ministry's action to give parents to buy the books, it calls it unreasonable.

The Ministry of Education has made life difficult for parents and students. Many parents don't have bank accounts, others don't have internet access, many don't know how to proceed. There may be others who can spend money on some other difficulties”, Krasniqi wrote on the social Facebook network.

This action of the ministry with books is really irrational. The government has the mandate to ease people's lives, not increase their problems. Reports with publishers are regulated differently, not at the expense of students and families”.
