Klan Kosovo case passes to Commercial Court, next few days appointed judge

Commerial Court spokeswoman Albnor Bekteshi Hoti said that the case was accepted today by Express until they said that in the next few days the subject would be shared by the department judges according to the lots of division.
“announced that the case in question at the Kosovo Commercial Court, the First Stair Chambers, respectively, has been accepted on August 1st 2023, and the same will be shared by the relevant department judges according to the next days' division of”, Bekteshi said.
For MINT's decision there have been many reactions, one of them has been President Osmani.
It has demanded that the issue of television license be made “by implementing the law, without interference, based on principles of impartiality and integrity”.
“Freedom of the media is not a privilege but a fundamental right supporting the functioning of a democratic society. It is everyone's duty in our society to value media freedom, protect it and create conditions for it, in accordance with the defined framework of the Constitution and the laws of our Republic”, says a presidency media communiqué.
The leaders of opposition parties have also reacted to MINT's decision.
