Former KLA soldier's arrest in Tirana by Special Court order, charges against him, and O response VLKLA

In a media report, the Special has said the arrest has occurred in terms of acts against justice administration, including intimidation and obstruction of official persons in performing official duties.

Tirana's Prosecution has clarified through media report charges against former U fighter CK, Dritan Mostj arrested in Tirana at the order of the Kosovo Special Prosecutor.

In the prosecution's announcement, it is suggested that Mosty is accused of criminal acts “of suspending during criminal procedure” and “Denying the official person in performing official duties”, provided by the penal legislation of the Republic of Kosovo.

So has the State Police.

According to police, the Court has decided to allow for physical control and good residence.
