Given these restrictions, which are expected to take effect on September 2nd, no minor in China will be able to access the Internet via a mobile phone from 10:00 to 0600 a.m.
In addition, a system will be set up to limit the daily time spent on the internet: Teens aged 16-17 will be online for two hours, compared to only 40 minutes for children under 8.
