Police investigators from the Regional Unit for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption-Mitrovice South have handled the case after a confession yesterday.
The information was accepted by civil registry officials, following the application of an estimated 30-year-old ID person, who according to police, was suspected of failing to submit accurate identity data.
After the ongoing investigations and co-operation with ARC officials, there is doubt that J.K. is not the person with the true data. The suspect had secured the birth extract with the fulfillment of false statements from suspects: The S.H. (Parent Year 1968, Kosovo male) and B.D. (B. 1986, Kosovo male)” has let police know.
Law organs have been reported for the case, against suspects cases <x0 identity recovery”, “galisation of false content” and “root”.
According to the police, suspects have been interviewed in the presence of defence attorneys, and, with a decision by the caretaker prosecutor, have been sent to holding up to 48 hours.
