Democratic League MP Avdullah Hoti has reacted after being sentenced to a two thousand-euro fine, to exile Reshat Sadiku, for his deportation.
Hoti writes on a Facebook post on this case about the threatening, insulting language being used in social networks.
“Today, sessions have been held regarding the case in question, and the court ruled on the defendant's sentence for this work. I accepted the agreement the prosecution has made and the defendant's attorney on the condition that the same contribute to one of the charities in the country. The hate language that is now being used on social networks for many years is disturbing. The party now in power for years has fostered this divisive, insulting, deignive and threatening language”, Hoti wrote in his Facebook response, Klankosova broadcast.tv.
The threat posed to him by the exile, Hoti says he was made a state official rather than a personal one.
In his response, he has called on citizens to become part of the campaign to prevent such phenomena, on the contrary they will face the law.
The “I call on all who become part of this lynching campaign to stop because they will only face the law, because attitudes for truth based and cause for the good of the country and the people will not be able to stop with threats and nothing else. The Republic of Kosovo is permanent and will protect it from any threat to attack it”, Hoti has declared, among other things,
