“Of course, the law must be implemented without any compromise, but it has been wrong for the Ministry's administrative decisions to try to close one of the main media in the country to begin. A media can only close if there is a court ruling. Therefore, from the beginning the Ministry would have to run the case in court”, Hoti wrote on Facebook.
On the other hand, he has stressed that in a democratic system, media constitute one of the state pillars.
If that pillar collapses, then the democratic system collapses and heads towards dictatorship. There is no way in the middle of”, he added.
