Hoti: The issue of the found, hostage to Serbia, EU unwillingness

As agreed on by both sides, the deal has not been implemented in three months.
Government Commission head from Kosovo for the real estate, Andy Hoti blames Serbia and the EU for its unwillingness.
Serbia has not been ready, but the EU has not been ready to start its work on implementing the declaration. After the statement I submitted the request to the president of Serbia, where I asked for access to some archives, let alone that I haven't received answers on Serbia's part, but they haven't even appeared at the previous meetings, which we have been working on”, Hoti stressed.
Hoti sees the European Union as a key obstacle to the non-recognition of the joint Commission, the responsibility for the creation and chairmanship.
The delays relate to events in the North.
The “would have to form the commission, it should be created by the EU. Kosovo and Serbia are just members. It has been the problem of recent events occurring in northern Kosovo. The focus was slightly removed from events that took place and sanctions. However, we have asked for the commission to be established because it monitors the implementation of our high-end commitments”, Hoti stressed.
It expects the Commission to be formed after the summer break returns to all parties involved in the process.
Kosovo's Head-in-Chief for the Left: Next week the dig starts at two more locations
The head of the Government Commission for the real estate, Andy Hoti, announced about Front Online that they will begin digging into two other locations next week, allegedly missing persons with the latest war in Kosovo.
We're still digging. Eight locations we've been in the dig, I talked to the unit chief. We've seen some other locations. Next week, we're going to be in two other locations, not mentioning them by name because we're finishing the analysis. There's another one then and there's these eight and three locations where we're going back because they haven't finished digging. There could be another”.
He talked about recent excavations in Pristina and Mitrovica.
“I have been following several excavations, in Mitrovica, three bodies allegedly missing based on forensic experts” have been found.
Doubts are lifted after the sample results are returned from The Hague.
“are sending samples (of mortore remains found in Mitrovica) there with identification shown through DNA. It was found in front of them in the mortore tomb of Dragodan, when I say it was found, to know it's a suspicion, we don't have an official DNA result. We don't have specific dates, samples are sent to The Hague, there is the international laboratory for missing persons. Mostly on the basis of practice, two or three months take time to return them to Kosovo”.
Meeting/changing the Law for Missing Persons, Hoti appears on a deadline
The newly sought, highly-intelligible draft law on missing persons has yet to be adopted by the Government.
The demands of families of missing persons to get involved in new legal changes have been made.
At least that's what Andy Hoti, head of the Government Commission for the Unfinders, says, which he considers impossible.
The basic option is denied to them currently because they receive the family pension of the missing person, want health benefits and education. Their demands can't be ashed in the Law on Missing Persons because this law directs the work of the Commission”.
As a result, Hoti says that she is trying to get her family's demands adjusted to two other laws, the one for her pension scheme, and categories out of the war.
I've made requests to Minister Iron Murati that combined three laws, all with ash in fulfillment-changing, which has been removed from this stop taking two pensions, I've received answers. If by October and November there is no solution, we carry out the” law.
