The newspaper Inseder has contacted Fanol Krasniqi, Andy Pajazit's lawyer, known as “Italian”, who has announced that the court still ruled for its client. The court is expected to issue verdict within 48 hours.
“No decision has been taken, 20 minutes ago it was concluded. The court has a legal deadline within 48 hours of ruling. Let's see if the decision is made today or tomorrow”, he said.
Krasniqi has said his client's health condition is stable, but the same will have to undergo an operation on the left chest.
The situation, at this moment, has stabilised it, but the next few days, there's still an operation on the left chest, is expected to be following that operation's submission to what the future procedure will be.
The invitation to approach the table and attack with a bottle of beer began the conflict that led up to the murder at Pristina's “Bon Vivant”.
