AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has remembered and honoured the mother of the former Kosovo Parliament President Lahi Brahimaj, Azen, who was massacred by Serbian paramilitaries on August 3rd of 1998.
Along with Azen on the 25th anniversary of the fall, Haradinaj also remembered her mother's heroism, Zize Syla and other fallers of August 3rd 1998, Idriz Gucati, Sej Sej Sej and Alif Kasumaj and Ukshin Hamza.
“A warrior mother like her, is unique in our new history, and today when we remember her with the pillars, we should point out that the glory of the KLA would not have the extent that she saw our mothers uncultivated”, Haradinaj wrote on Facebook.
