The government Kurti, with illegal decisions, has already received “two flames from the judiciary.

During the present day, the Kurti Government received two flames from the justice system, specifically from the Commercial and Constitutional Court. Kosovo's Commercial Court approved as based on Klan Kosovo's request for security measures, which implies that the execution decision to abolish Klan Kosovo's business license has been postponed.

“THE Execution of Decision No. 4566/01 of the 28.07.23 Commission for the Review of the Ankes for the Register of Business and Decision No. 309/11 of the 1406.23, issued by the Agency for Business Registers Director General in Kosovo, until the Court decides with its final judicial decision pertaining to the indictment of the plaintiff”, it is said among other things in the ruling published by the Commercial Court.

As expected, this decision prompted supportive reactions from both the journalists' community and civil society, international organizations, the countries of Quinti, and wider.

German Ambassador to Kosovo Jorn Rohde has welcomed the Commercial Court's decision, where he bans the government from closing the Kosovo Clan television.

This is the rule of Law”, he wrote in Titter.

Without response, the Secretary General of the European Federation of Journalists, Ricardo Gutierrez, has also welcomed the Macedonian Court's decision granting Clan Kosovo rights in the case with MINT.

He has said the Comercial decision protects media pluralism and opposes government efforts to undermine media freedom.

Hours later, the Constitutional Court also ruled against Kurti Government. She announced that she has brought down several provisions of the Law for Public Officials, which the opposition had sent for examination.

The Constitution made it known that it has accepted the opposition parties' request regarding this law. This is because the law in question is not in accordance with certain provisions of the Constitution.

“The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo has ruled in terms of the united demands, in the case of KO 216/22, with the forger: Isak Shabani and ten (10) other deputies and KO 220/22, with fraud: Arben Gashi and nine (9) other deputies of the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, delivered to the Constitutional Court based on the definitions of paragraph 5 of Article 113 [Jurisdiation and Authorised Palaces] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, in terms of assessing the constitutionality of nine (general criteria for official/public admission), 12 (the Government of the Republic of Kosovo), 46 (Electuring and mandate in low and medium-level leadership positions) and 99 (improportionate documents) of Law No.08/ L-197 for public officials”, it says, among other things, in the decision.

Following that decision, opposition party explorers ' reactions began.

Parliamentary Group Chief Abelard Tahiri's PDK welcomed the Constitutional Court's act of proclaiming the Law to Public Officials as illegal.

He said the constitutional decision is “over the autocratic efforts of Albin Kurti”.

From the LDK reacted to the party's chief of deputies, Arben Gashi, who said the “power struggle for power without borders today also received a red card from Constitutional Court”.

“Today, the legality won, constitutionality won. The next capture lost its chances, lost the battle against public officials. He lost his destructive thinking towards anti-unconstitutional”, he added.

For these violations of the Kurti Government, the Democratic League of Kosovo, which said the Kosovo government in these three years has violated the Kosovo Constitution less than five times.

The party, led by Lumir Abdixhiku, has counted each case separately, where government ministers Kurti have violated the country's highest judicial body. /Periscopi/
