“If government involvement is proven in the reserve scandal, unless the date is set for new elections”

General elections, the constant demand of opposition parties, can be held before the government completes its four-year mandate, are praising recognition of political circumstances in the country. They say the government has been characterised with successive failures, and scandals that have ended with the arrest of senior officials. Institute for Education Leader [...]
Institute for Access to Interethnic Relations Director Fatmir Sheholli and analyst Bekim Kabashi said early elections could be held especially after recent scandals under allegations of misuse of state reserves.
Sheholli said the arrests at MINT will not be the last and that they present only the beginning of the chain of arrests of people who have misused public money.
After the arrests, Shehlo also mentioned resignations from various government dictatorships. Shehollit claims that the country needs a joint Government of all parties with a consensual prime minister to set an election date.
The first “, these won't be the last arrests, this is just the beginning of a chain of arrests of people who have misused public money and criminal network that was created in the Kurt government whose day's ink is running out. This is the first issue, the second: given that you are in these everyday affairs that are running power itself in this case, you have to realize that this is not how you're led. The state cannot be ruled by people who are constantly arrested. They have Nagip Krasniqi, KEK director, two officials of the Ministry of Trade, a businessman with whom they have repeatedly made a deal about state reserves, have Martin Berisha's relative, the resignation of Minister Mehaj, the resignation of the British Deputy Minister of Education, the resignation of Britain, the director of Elizabeth Gowing communities, many of whom are not able to stop”
This fact, when these evidence is related, implies that, without the opposition to say, they must understand that they cannot guide the state with these relatives, and these facts and the latter in the civilized world, so that the prime minister can rise and then the justice minister, even many of the deputies of power, criticize him and threaten legislation in Kosovo, justice, prosecution, investigators are unprecedented in democracy. This led you to think that this country needs a starting point for a joint government of all political parties of unity, with a consensual prime minister and the election date set. In any other form we will face such problems, which Kosovo brings to a very inferior position even in dialogue with Serbia”, Sheholli said.
Analyst Bekim Kabashi said that if proven to have been misusing with public money, and especially in state reserves, the prime minister has had his finger to follow the resignation and go to the elections.
Or he says a no-confidence motion can be organised because the vote given to a party that has always been called on in the fight against corruption, aloud even.
But which Kabashi said must be expected to prove whether it is a case like this. Kabashi sees as appropriate the transparency of Minister Hajdari and the prime minister in relation to the media and with broad public opinion, which so far according to the latter has been absent.
If proven to have been misuse, abuse of state money, more with state reserves that is even more sensitive than that, and this relationship goes up to the prime minister, of course, should come to the resignation, or a no-confidence motion, or similar to go into elections and receive confirmation of the civic vote because this government has also come to power with the principle of fighting negative phenomena such as corruption and organised crime, and the case in question enters this segment, the prosecution itself in its declaration says that misuse of official duty related to the official command relative to the 311x>
But this should be expected until proven if it's something like this. We cannot say immediately that we are looking for elections, but what needs to be required at this stage is for the prime minister to come out, the minister to be clear with public opinion, to be transparent and not to run away from the media as we are talking about today, Kabashi said. / EO
