“juha, who is using EU foreign affairs spokesman Peter Stano, is a scandal in itself. Kosovo, he says, has shown “inability to start behaving Europeanly”. How dare the bureaucratic talk about the democraticly elected government of Kosovo or any other country?”, he wrote, citing Josep Borrell in the post.

The German Eurodeput has also demanded that Borrell be held responsible in the European Parliament for Stano's statement, which he said was his boss's voice.
“Whatever folly the chief spokesperson for EU foreign affairs pronounces, he is the voice of his master, and Josep Borrell must be held responsible by the European Parliament for a completely failed, very unilateral and unfair policy: the authoritarian Serbian government he embraces and Kosovo he criticises and sanctions”, he wrote on Twitter last night.
