Shkelzen Gashi, an activist, has reacted after the Ministry of Education made a decision to halt the practice of the state buying books from the publishing house, as an alternative financial means will be transferred to parents to conduct the process of obtaining textbooks.
E Gashi says he will rejoice if the use of current textbooks is stopped.
