Minister of Industry, Trade and Enterprises Roseta Hajdari has filed suit against the Nacional newspaper today, which has published several wiretappings showing of abuses made with state reserves.
Portal Paparaci has provided photographs showing Minister Hajdari at the Foundation Court in Pristina, personally handing over the indictment.
After the wiretapping, Minister Hajdari had warned that the Nacional newspaper would accuse him of slander.
Minister Hajdari, who has indicated he has indicted Nacional, journalist Berat Buzhala and MINT official Enver Hajrullahu, has also written on the matter.
Continued slander, insults, and untruths should not be allowed to become commonplace because the damage to public opinion may be extraordinary.
Attempts failed to affect my integrity and dignity, through some audio-incisions, but also by giving themselves the right to slander, blackmailing and disseminating false information, will receive epilogues in the organs of justice.
Therefore, for this purpose today, I have delivered indictments to the Constitutional Court in Pristina against National Gazette, journalist Berat Buzhala and MINT official Enver Hajrullahu.” He wrote.
