Fetah through a Facebook post said power efforts have collapsed.
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo announced that Law No.08/ L-197 for public officials, proposed by this government and approved by the parliamentary majority, did not pass the constitutional test. This law, the Parliamentary Group The PDK has not disputed it as a whole, but only in part, so most of the concrete provisions that have been disputed, as such, have been confirmed anti-unconstitutional. Concretically, power efforts were thwarted”, he wrote.
Among other things, he said they fell down attempts to put control over the state administration, as he put it, centralising decision-making only in the hands of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“to justify the criterion of “appropriate” (moral-political) to be employed in state administration. To deprive public officials of the guaranteed constitutional right to complaint in case of re-system. To flee massively from the public service officials who are not re-elected to the low and medium-sized leadership positions. To create the “host” with responsible and patriotic officials who enforce the law and do not submit to the servile power”, he wrote.
He also said that attempts to open the door to partisanisation and politicisation of the state administration have been dropped.
“to create the “legal base”, to make massive evacuations by state administration of “state officials incompatible” of this power, which after 9 months in “the waiting list”, would be interrupted by the work relationship. To open the door to partisanisation and politicisation of the state administration, with party and political militants, and with ruling family”.
