The chief of the European Mission for Ending Law in Kosovo (EULEX), Giovanni Pietro Barbano, has spoken even about the Kosovo Clan case.
Barbano said that his mission has seen this very distressing situation.
“Freedom of speech and communication must be provided at every government level. We are looking forward to a favourable solution, regarding this matter”, he said in Klan Kosova. tv
Meanwhile Thursday, the Commercial Court has approved Klan Kosovo's complaint, pushing MINT's decision about suspending the business certificate.
Comercial reasoning states the following:
” APROVOWED as based on the request of plaintiff Klan Kosova Sh.p.k. for delaying the execution of” decisions.
” 2 / 1 THE Execution of Decision No. 4566/01 of the 28.07.23 Commission for the Review of the Ankes for the Register of Business and Decision No. 309/11 of the 1406.23, issued by the Agency for Business Registers Director-General in Kosovo, until the Court decides with its final judicial ruling in terms of the plaintiff's lawsuit”.
