According to him, the annulment of licenses under this ministry has been made for the first time based on violations of the criteria, the law, and ethics on the spread of the report.
The “The case for which this report was made has already been launched at the Special Prosecutor's address, but after the annulment of the licenses for the assessment, it will be considered if there are grounds for further action”, Zogiani wrote.
By contrast, Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure Minister Lieburn Aliu had announced days earlier that they have suspended environmental consent for building an intensive waste treatment in the town of Ferizaj.
He had said the ministry leading in December last year had issued environmental consent to an intensive company in Varos of Ferizaj, meaning burning about 100,000 tonnes of waste annually.
According to him, this was done without observing laws and consulting environmental experts.
