“Albin Kurti was detained at the time when suspect Dragisa was working in the district prison in Pristina. Dragisa Milenkovic has been arrested on 21 June this year.
The Special Prosecutor charges Milenkovic with war crimes against the civilian population between 1998 and 1999.
Due to Dragisa Milenkovic's arrest, there have been protests in front of the police station in Gracanica for days.
