Ortopedia Clinic Director at QKUK Gani Jashanica said they do not lack doctors. Although seven nurses have also been engaged thanks to the recent competition, he said they are having trouble leaving because of their hard work in this clinic, as he calls it..

Jasanica explains patients who handle most of the cases are stable and require constant care. The nurses said he was either looking for easier work within the clinic or leaving altogether.

There's been no shortage of sisters, but thanks to the last competition we've been supported by seven new nurses, who will always ease the situation and have very large middle staff escapes in because work at Ortopedi is hard work and handle one of the heavy jobs at QKUKU, because our patients are mobile and require permanent treatment, not diagnostics, not operatives, not post-3x1>

So nurses are forced to leave because of their hard work, or they ask for more barking work inside the clinic or go away from”.

Yashanica claims that in one day they are able to perform 15 operations, they treat up to 100 patients in emergency care, and up to 250 patients in an ambulance, reports EO.

There are some 150 to 200 patients in Orthopedic, and in emergency approximately 100 patients per day. And in operating halls approximately 10 to 15 operations are performed within the course of a day”.

The working conditions he calls solid, but he expects to appear at the new facility that, he says, will be ready soon. Even drugs say they have found a way to overcome shortages.

The conditions I can say are solid because we're starting with new halls even despite the problems that have emerged from climateization and temperature. But thanks to the new management, these problems have left, and we think that within two months we can go completely to the new clinic, and that's where we have optimum conditions for work. As far as drugs are concerned, there are cases where there's a shortage of drugs, but we've found a way to get these”.
