Kosovo University Clinical Centre (QKUK) reports that last night around 11:00, in the Emergency and Psychic Intensities Department, a fire took place, in one of the closed-type rooms, where patients remain temporarily, patients in a state of aggressiveness and stressed psychomotor animation, rather than a state of mind.
