New Defense Minister Ejup Macedonia: I'm here at my house.

Ejup Macedonia has been appointed defence minister, following Armend Mehaj's resignation today. Through a Facebook text, Macedonia writes: This morning, I have been appointed Minister of Defence by Republic of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti! After having released the current minister at a joint meeting with [the] commander.
This morning, I have been appointed Minister of Defence by Republic of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti!
After having freed former Foreign Minister Armend Mehaj from office at a joint meeting with KSF Commander Lieutenant General Union Jasharin, Prime Minister Albin Kurti has charged me with tasking the minister with the Kosovo Ministry of Defence. In this case, I want to thank Prime Minister Kurti for his current and subsequent trust and support!
I am honored and privileged to come to the head of the government dictatorship that makes the defence and development policies of the Kosovo Security Force, the heir of the Kosovo Liberation Army. Since March 18th 1998, when I have worn the KLA uniform and until July 10th, 2023, when I have been demobilised by the KSF, I have been trying with all my capacities and my being first for Kosovo freedom and until today for the construction of its army. At the Ministry of Defence and the Kosovo Security Force I am in my home, so it was so natural to accept the surrender of the task today at noon by former Minister Armend Mehaji in the presence of KSF Commander Lieutenant Union Yashari. I thank former Minister Mehaj for his cooperation, especially in the last period.
After 25 years in uniform, a new chapter for me today has begun as military, but remains within the same house and with the same goals: continued strengthening of the Kosovo Army and membership of our state in NATO, among our partners, and especially the United States of America.
Thank you all for the congratulations you sent me. Many works await us, along with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, with Commander Bashari and the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
At your service,
Ejup Macedonia
