Culture Minister: Police are arresting criminals, someone is releasing them.

Culture Minister Hajrllah Ceku has said Kosovo Police have been effective in arresting people with criminal backgrounds, but who, according to him, is “dush individual” who is releasing them. And he does not blame the Kosovo Police, but neither does the current Government itself.

So he said as he was invited to the “Debat Plus” show, at RTV Dukagojini, where he is discussing culture and politics in the country.
