“Everyone has a criminal past”, the ruling prosecutor for stopping some persons from the event in “Bon Vivant”

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has provided details about Friday's clash that took place local “Bon Vivant” in Pristina.

According to the prosecution, it has been found that seven people have resulted from the firearm, where one of them as a result of the injuries received has passed away at Pristina University Clinical Centre.

On the date 04.08.23 in the evening, Pristina Foundation Prosecutorial Prosecutor's Prosecutorship has been announced by the Kosovo Police, which on the road to Rjxheep Lucianić in Pristina, respectively, at the local town of Ran Vivantão, has fired. Upon receiving the information, the state prosecutor, along with the Kosovo Police's relevant unit, has found that, as a result of the shooting, there are persons injured”, the Prosecutor's Community said.

It has been found that the firearm has resulted in seven people being injured, one of whom has suffered injuries has passed away at Pristina University Clinical Centre. And 13 others have suffered bodily injuries from glass scratches or other items. Everybody's been looking for medical help”, it goes away.

The case prosecutor in co-operation with the Kosovo Police is working in the direction of identifying persons involved in this case with the aim of fully whiteening the event, a ban on some persons has been taken.

The procurator, the case in question, has named it a grave homicide, nine 173, possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons: Article 366 and non-compliance at beatings, Article 187 of the Kosovo Penal Code, says further.

“What is most important to mention that a person is on the run, while it is found that all suspects have criminal past”, the prosecution points out.
